Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Burt County, Nebraska. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts.
