Injection moulding machine operator wanted in Bridgend county borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Bridgend county borough, Wales. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Day to day you will set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
