Gas commissioning technician • Chesterfield County, South Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. You will be based in a gas distribution network. What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Part-time with flexible hours.
