Line cook wanted in Ottawa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Ottawa County, Michigan. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
