Refrigeration service engineer • Shelby County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Shelby County, Missouri. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Day-to-day duties: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
