We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel technician in Iredell County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
