We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality checker in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
