Diesel mechanic wanted in Grand Traverse County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. You will be based at a tyre and exhaust shop. On a typical shift you will replace brake pads, discs and callipers; check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid; replace alternators, starter motors and batteries; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear. What we are looking for: • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Own set of hand tools We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
