Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Harlan County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
