Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Benton County, Tennessee. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Your main tasks: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
