Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. You will be based on the moulding line. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
