Bread and bun maker wanted in Grand Traverse County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time with occasional weekends.
