Join our team: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Cedar County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); write and edit G-code programs at the control; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Part-time with flexible hours.
