Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
