Immediate opening: production line inspector (New York)

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line inspector in Sullivan County, New York. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 2+ years on the tools preferred.
