Line cook wanted in Yakurr

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Yakurr, Cross River State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
