Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Campbell County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
