Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Bullitt County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
