Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in Riley County, Kansas. The job is with a civil contractor. Day to day you will break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
