Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Ziebach County, South Dakota. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely.
