Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Androscoggin County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
