Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
