Chef de partie — Glasgow City

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Glasgow City, Scotland. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
