Join our team: we are hiring a packing operative in Benton County, Mississippi. Day to day you will apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; record production counts on the shift sheet; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
