What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
