Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Nance County, Nebraska. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
