On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
