Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Essex County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols On a typical shift you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
