Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Saint John the Baptist Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Day to day you will wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; clean condenser and evaporator coils; fault-find control boards and defrost timers. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints Six days a week, one day off.
