Lift maintenance fitter • Taylor County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Taylor County, Iowa. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
