Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
