Quality assurance assistant • Franklin County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Franklin County, Missouri. You will work at a food processing unit. The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
