Ideal candidate: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Day to day you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
