Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Brooke County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
