Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Effingham County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On the job you will handle: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
