Aluminium tig welder • Garfield County, Utah

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Garfield County, Utah. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. On the job you will handle: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
