Tracked excavator operator — Sioux County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Sioux County, Iowa. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. On the job you will handle: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
