Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
