Auto painter wanted in Northumberland

Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Northumberland, England. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
