Concrete finisher • Toro, Bauchi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Toro, Bauchi State. The job is in a residential housing project. On the job you will handle: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength You should have: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet 3+ years on the tools preferred.
