Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking Performance bonus on top of base pay.
