Hoist operator — Prince George's County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Prince George's County, Maryland. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Full-time with occasional weekends.
