Butcher wanted in Woods County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Woods County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
