Bread baker wanted in Natchitoches Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
