Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Poinsett County, Arkansas. The job is in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day-to-day duties: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
