Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Washington County, Ohio. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
