Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
