Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Sterling County, Texas. Day to day you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
