Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
