We are recruiting: thermal insulation technician (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Crawford County, Georgia. You will be based on a construction site. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Willing to travel between sites Your main tasks: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness 6+ years on the tools preferred.
